Data We Collect

Data Stored Locally (on your device)

• Contact organization data - Labels, tags, and notes you add to contacts
• Kanban board data - Pipeline stages and contact assignments
• Reminders - Follow-up reminders you create
• Extension settings - Your preferences and configurations

This data is stored in Chrome's local storage and remains on your device unless you choose to sync.

Data Synced to Cloud (only if you sign in)

If you choose to sign in with Google or email, the following data is synced to Firebase (Google's cloud platform):

• Your email address and display name
• Contact organization data (labels, tags, notes)
• Kanban board configurations
• Extension settings
